Description
The grapes were carefully sorted and picked. The must fermented quietly under the careful supervision of the winemaker. The young wine was kept “sur lies”, meaning it had contact with the good yeasts after fermentation. As a result, the wine has a golden-yellow color, characteristic aromas of currants and linden flowers. On the palate, the wine offers us a balanced texture and aftertastes of tropical fruits.
