Description
The grapes were carefully sorted and picked. Maceration-fermentation for 12 days under the close supervision of the winemaker. The young wine was matured for 6 months in contact with French oak wood. It has an intense red color, aromas of black cherries and a fine oak fragrance. On the palate, the wine offers us a complex texture, a good balance with aromas of black cherry jam, vanilla and caramel.
